Interior Design: Bistro Felix

December 8, 2009

A Workshop’s restaurant design celebrates the theatre of good wine and food.

An existing, tired, high-priced fish and chip restaurant transformed into a bistro and small bar restaurant in 2006. Working with previous clients aspiring to run a restaurant business with great desire and aplomp.

Working with as little as possible, the design celebrates the theatre of good wine and food visually and acoustically. The brave and dedicated client wanted the premises to evolve over a period of time, to develop its own story. Patrons are challenged and encouraged to participate. With many aspirations along the way, the journey continues.
