The purpose of drainage in building and design is to ensure the successful functioning and durability of the built area. Linear designs by Stormtech are a striking visual statement: a chic and ultra-modern look that enhances the visual appeal of any drainage area. This is of upmost importance in contemporary designs where aesthetics are a key consideration. Linear drain design was invented by Stormtech to allow for a wider range of floor surfaces and flooring configurations than is possible with traditional centre wastes. With contempo- rary and streamlined integration, Stormtech products are particularly suited to commercial and residential environments.

Kate Stokes and Haslett Grounds are among Australia’s most exciting design partnerships. They’re the husband and wife team behind Coco Flip. The pair first exhibited with Workshopped in 2010 with the very beautiful, and now iconic, Coco Flip pendant light.

New from Kate and Haslett is Mayu, a distinctive and delicate hand crafted shade, inspired by Icelandic landscapes. The Mayu range brings warmth and elegant sophistication to any area of the home, and the sculptural forms are equally suited to commercial contexts.

Style Revolutionary’s signature style of unique textiles and wallpapers from talented artisans sees the release of Elworthy Studio by Kate Miller out of San Fransisco, US.

Elworthy Studio’s Decay collection features avant-garde prints on linen, wallpaper and grass cloth all stemming from the hands-on techniques of rust fabric dying, hand-painting and hand-drawn line work. The rust dying process is unpredictable and creates beautiful organic shapes with an almost wabi-sabi-like aesthetic, which tends to reflect familiar classic motifs found in damask, lattice and ikat. The translation of pattern is textural, earthy, edgy – sometimes pretty, but altogether nonconformist.

Tait’s design philosophy is shaped by a strong Australian heritage of manufacturing exceptional outdoor furniture that speaks to Australia’s unique way of life and culture. Made to last a lifetime, Tait’s products are suited perfectly to both domestic and commercial settings, favoured by architects and designers for their sophisticated design and contemporary form. Tait’s iconic collections can also be custom made for any bespoke specification. Tidal, in collaboration with Trent Jansen, is Tait’s latest collection, which fuses expert craftsmanship with the achingly cool design aesthetics of Australia in the 1970s, while inspired by sensual wave formations from our coastline. The collection includes a dining and lounge setting, and the recently launched Tidal Sunlounge.
