Zip Water has launched the new HydroTap Classic Plus that will add style and sophistication to any kitchen.

Powered by G5 technology, the HydroTap Classic Plus has been redesigned to create a more user-friendly experience.

Along with continuing to provide instant boiling, chilled and sparkling water, the HydroTap Classic Plus features a smarter command centre with resigned Graphical User Interface.

This includes more recognisable and striking iconography that will ensure users can easily use functions such as energy settings, on-off timers and sleep mode.

The new HydroTap G5 command centre also features SteriTouch on key water surfaces, which prevents the growth of bacteria within the under-bench system.

The new CO2 indicators shows when CO2 gas is running low. Other key features include more intuitive sparkling water activation, more intuitive controls, enhanced hygiene and a sleek new design, making the HydroTap Classic Plus practical, easy to use and sophisticated.

The HydroTap Classic Plus is powered by the new G5 command centre, the latest technology developed by Zip Water.

G5 technology now also powers all HydroTap products across the range, including the HydroTap Touch-Free Wave.

Zip Water marketing and strategy director Mike Abbott says the company wanted to create a “more beautiful and intuitive product”.

The biggest challenge they faced was “making the design of the iconic HydroTap Classic Plus more intuitive, while still maintaining the DNA of the most popular and most recognisable product.”

The HydroTap’s redesign was undertaken with ongoing customer consultation in both Australia and the United Kingdom.

The new features make it easy and convenient for anyone to use and is available in seven modern finishes, including brushed chrome, matte black and brushed rose gold.

The HydroTap Classic Plus “supports sustainable living, eliminates the need for single-use plastic bottles and declutters kitchens.”

Zip Water invests in Australian-based innovation and design to continue to enhance water quality, functionality, energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal.

The HydroTap Classic Plus, powered by G5 technology will be available for order from 1 March.
