Inspired by the relationship between flat surfaces and three-dimensional forms, Brisbane-based emerging designer Alisa Newey of Old Made Creative design studio presents Emerge – a sculptural free-standing screen created from a series of folding panels.
The screens are designed to be used in a number of ways – as a room divider, or to display products or branding for retail and exhibition displays. The folding panels can also be removed from the track and used as a feature wall panel.
Emerge is available as individual flat-pack folding panels and can be used as both a free-standing screen or wall-mounted panel. The screen is available in laminated Australian hardwood, EchoPanel and X-Board, and can be custom printed with branding, text or graphics on one or both sides.
The screen is a finalist at the EDGE event at Decoration + Design happening this week at the Sydney Exhibition Centre.
