This highly regarded, mid-sized architectural and interior design practice has a well established reputation across many sectors and disciplines and has the awards to prove it. An excellent opportunity has opened up for a specialist documentation architect who is ready to start almost immediately in a 2 to 3 month contract role. This general architectural practice has an extremely healthy pipeline of coming projects in addition to their current busy workload.

You will be assisting the senior architects by managing the contract documentation – both drawing production and specification writing – of a mixed-use project comprising multiple buildings with commercial, multi-unit residential and hospitality components.

You will be an architect or senior drafter with at least 7 years’ Australian experience on similar, large mixed-use projects in mid to large practices; this role is also open to more senior candidates. You will be highly skilled and experienced in using AutoCAD up to version 2011.
