A vacancy for a Senior ArchiCAD Documentor to assist a busy office in the delivery of projects with an emphasis on quality design.

Specialising in residential developments, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering town planning applications and working drawings on a range of small to medium-scale residential and commercial projects. To be considered for this role, you must command exceptional capabilities on ArchiCAD with upwards of 7 years’ experience in the local market across residential, multi-unit and medium-density apartment developments.

Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations is essential and you must be capable of working within a small team environment.
