Australian Design Review

The Queens Development consists of 24 3 storey contemporary townhouses in the vibrant southern precinct of the Adelaide CBD. Our unique design solution of interlinking building forms is recognisable by its dynamic street frontage and internal spaces that emphasise the social interactivity of city living. The choice of materials, finishes and spatial orientations have been carefully considered to provide relaxing personal spaces within the building forms. The use of sustainable materials, construction methods and a modular approach, highlight the environmental sensitivity and longevity of the design solution.
