Vapiano is a new Italian restaurant in Albert Lane in Brisbane’s CBD. The concept originates from Europe and has been brought to Australia by Will Cooke. JuicyDesign were asked to take the original concept and further develop it for the Australian market place. It is a 700sqm fitout, spread over two levels with capacity for over 150 patrons. Total spend was approximately $2.5million. JuicyDesign was responsible for all of the internal fitout and branding and worked with project architects, Richmond & Ross, to complete the job. Graphic artwork was created in conjunction with Di EMME.
